We process your personal data with the primary purpose of collecting your health data in order to provide you with the best health care, recording all those data that, under medical criteria, allow us to have accurate and up-to-date knowledge of your state of health and that are relevant to the medical treatment to be carried out.

We also process your personal data to manage all additional services related to healthcare (analysis laboratories, prosthetics), the relationship with your insurer or mutual insurance company, and for accounting and tax management, in particular the invoicing of the services provided.

Likewise, provided that we previously have your consent for the management and development of marketing activities and the sending of commercial communications by electronic means.

Your personal data may be disclosed to the following recipients for the reasons indicated,

  • Public administrations: to comply with the legal obligations to which we are subject due to our activity.
  • Mutual and insurance companies: in the event that you access our services through a health insurance policy and for the sole purpose of managing the management and collection of the services provided.
  • Analysis laboratories, dental technicians and similar: for the sole purpose of providing you with the contracted treatment.
  • Healthcare professionals, collaborators of the clinic: for the sole purpose of carrying out the contracted treatment. In any case, the data never leave the clinic.
  • Tax and accounting consultancy: for the sole purpose of managing our accounts (issuing invoices, filing tax returns, commercial obligations ....).

Under no circumstances do we transfer your personal data to any person or entity inside or outside the EU.

  • How long we keep your personal data

Medical records: the legally established deadlines for this type of document are currently set at 5 years.

Other personal data (first and last names, postal address, VAT number): the legal deadlines established by tax and commercial legislation.
